Schedule House Call
EXISTING CLIENTS
Please login to your account if you have already made one to schedule a house call, otherwise please check to see you are within our coverage area. A $75 House Call Trip Fee will be processed at the time the appointment is scheduled on line.
NEW CLIENTS
Thank you for your interest! My practice is now full for the time being, so am only accepting previous clients of Dr. Dana Graham, or personal referrals from existing clients. We do have a wait list for the upcoming months. If you believe your family needs special consideration, please feel free to email us.
IF you wish to be placed on the wait list, please feel free to begin your registration on line. If you have an iPhone, please use it horizontally.
